Bika Ambon (or Golden Cake) is an Indonesia dessert made from tapioca starch, eggs, coconut milk, sugar and yeast.    Chinese bought it to Canton and became one of the sweet treats in the dim sum family.  Its honeycomb texture with coconut flavour makes a very special desert. We use organic brown sugar which considered less sweet and more healthy.
