Siu-mai is a traditional Cantonese dim-sum, which contains hand cut Berkshire pork, shrimp and dry mushroom, wrapped in a thin wheat sheet. The old fashion way in making Siu-mai is include a touch of dry flounder fish powder to create a special flavour. DBay Siu-mai is hand-made with fresh ingredients.
